ShaSha London top 3 Oils..

So this my top 3 oil list and a little info to why they are my favourite to use on myself and on my clients.

Grapeseed oil

The reason this bad boy is at number 1 is because it’s super friendly to all my clients, on babies and anyone with allergies.

I use if for my massages and adding a few drops of essential organic oils to it, turns this amazing oil into a luxury aromatherapy massage.

2. Coconut oil is my daily body moisturiser and hair food.

Coconut oil is extracted from the coconut meat inside the mature coconut, it is high in saturated fat but really nourishing to the skin.

A little goes a long way, so use it sparingly.

3. Jojoba oil is produced from a seed simmondsia chinensis plant that is grown in southern Arizona, California and Mexico.

It can help fight fungi and infection.

It contains vitamins E & B.

It is a hydrating oil and light weight on skin.
