Can I get a refund ?
No, you cannot get a refund on your booking.
You can reschedule your booking for another date and time that is available.
If you want to give your booking to someone else, notify the business with the person's full name and address, and other relevant information to carry out your request.

Do I need to complete consultation form?
Yes its important you provide the business with a up-to-date consultation form for your health.
This will help us provide the right products and services for you.
The therapist will ask on the day to go over the form to be sure the information is correct.
Before and aftercare advice is given to clients on every booking.
Personal information is stored & appropriately removed after 1yr following GDPR.

Do you provide tailored packages?
Yes we do, send us email with the requirements you would like, for a surprise birthday treatment to couples treatment, we will tailor a package just for you.

Can I book group booking?
Yes, you can, however, you will need to wait your turn while one person receives a treatment at a time.
It is a requirement for everyone to give an up-to-date consultation form on each person who is having a treatment.
Email the business with the booking number, and the business can create a package for you and your guest.

Do you cover all areas of London or outside?
Yes, however, it will be an additional charge for the travel, email the business of your location, outside the SW16, pass the 3-mile radius, the cost will vary. Please email the business with your location.

Can you refuse treatment?
Yes, if you didn't declare anything that may cause harm or in danger the therapist then you will be refuse treatment and non refund and possible seek prosecution.
It is important to inform us of the requirements we ask for in protection of therapist.
Therapist are UK qualified professional with decades of experiences.
If the therapist feels that the client has made any physically or verbal abuse before, during and after, the therapist has the right to refuse treatment or leave your location immediately, they don't have to stay if they feel unsafe.
The business will report the client to police and possible prosecution and non refund as well.

Do you provide all day booking?
Yes, however, it will be an additional charges for the travel, and for the full day pay.
Please email the business of your location, the full day work required and number of guest and the business can create a package for you.
